I designed and developed Pokémon game with the intention of challenging the learners’ attention span for details within a large image. Simply, the demo has a countdown timer to heighten the learners’ sense of urgency and pressure. The Pokémon game begins with instructions and a timer to complete the game. If the learner completes the game, then a feedback appears on-screen to state congratulations to the winner.
These types of games are suitable for learners who enjoy or need to complete tasks in a limited time; additionally, these are value-added games in training modules with context.
